Brew Crew swept by Giants ; head in to big weekend against Arizona

Brewers win their second series against the Cubs in a week

Image Source     The Milwaukee Brewers have won their second series of the year both to the Chicago Cubs.  Craig Counsell, the Brewers manager has led the team to a 4-3 record after Ron Roenicke’s absence.   To open up the series, the Cubs hit four homeruns in a 7-6 victory over the Brewers.  The four Chicago batters to go yard were Dexter Fowler, Anthony Rizzo, Jorge Soler, and Starlin Castro.  Milwaukee’s pitching staff is allowing the most homeruns

Reds win series but Brewers hit six homers

Brewers spoil St. Louis’s opener, but Cards get back, win the series

Brewers swept in Opening Series, outscored 19-6

The Colorado Rockies sure showed the Milwaukee Brewers that this might not be the season for them.   On Opening Day the Rockies demolished the Brew Crew, 10-0 and Colorado third-baseman Nolan Arenado was only a triple shy of the cycle. Wisconsin’s dream season ends due to Duke

This season was one of the best seasons in the history of Wisconsin basketball, but it ended in the same heartbreaking way of last year. Defeat. The Badgers lost to the Blue Devils of Duke 68-63, in a blow that will be well-remembered long into the off-season. Badgers roll as Bucky takes down Kentucky

The undefeated Kentucky Wildcats are no longer undefeated.  Indeed, the Wisconsin Badgers beat them 71-64, handing Kentucky its first defeat of the season.  The Wildcat players were so such sore losers that they wouldn’t even shake the hands of the Badgers after the game. By some, Kentucky was considered so good they could beat a pro team, but the Wildcats weren’t good enough to beat the mighty Wisconsin Badgers.  Wisconsin was down by four with four and a half minutes
